Nandyal District Collector has highlighted the issue of several key vacant posts that are affecting the smooth functioning of administration across the district. During a review meeting with the Chief Minister, the Collector explained that vacancies in important departments have increased the workload on existing staff and impacted the timely delivery of public services.
The Collector requested the government to take necessary steps to fill the vacant positions at the earliest to strengthen administrative efficiency. The vacant posts reportedly include positions in revenue, rural development, health, education, and other essential departments that play a crucial role in implementing government programmes and welfare schemes.
The Chief Minister assured that the matter would be reviewed and appropriate measures would be taken to address the staffing shortage. He emphasized the importance of ensuring adequate manpower for effective governance and better public service delivery.
District officials expressed confidence that filling the vacant posts would improve administrative performance, accelerate development activities, and enhance the implementation of welfare programmes for the benefit of citizens across Nandyal district.
