The Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme was conducted across Nandyal district today, providing citizens an opportunity to submit their grievances and requests directly to district officials. People from various parts of the district attended the programme and presented issues related to revenue, welfare schemes, public services, and infrastructure.
Officials received petitions from the public and assured prompt action on genuine concerns. Department representatives reviewed the applications and directed concerned officials to resolve the grievances within the stipulated time. The programme aims to strengthen public administration and ensure effective delivery of government services.
