A POCSO court in Nandyal has sentenced a man to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor girl. The court found the accused guilty under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act after examining the evidence presented during the trial.
The court also imposed a fine on the convict.
